When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 p.m. Eastern time on weekdays typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Eastern time on weekdays typically ship the following day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays typically ship first thing the next business day.
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery occurs approximately 1-4 business days after shipping with the exception of remote areas. All orders are shipped with either FedEx or USPS from our warehouses in Orlando, FL. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment.

From fresh produce to the first sip.
01 / Prepare
Wash, trim and cut to fit
Remove stones, pips and cores. Cut produce to fit the feeder tube, then assemble the filter, lid and locking clip as shown in the manual.
02 / Juice
Choose your speed
Place the pitcher under the outlet and select speed 1 or 2. Feed prepared pieces using only the pusher, with gentle pressure. Run for no more than 1 minute, then allow to cool.
03 / Care
Switch off. Unplug. Clean.
Wait for the motor to stop and cool before disassembly. Clean the removable parts and filter after each use. Keep the motor base out of water and the dishwasher.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a cold-press juicer?
No. The Supreme Juicer is a centrifugal juicer with a 1,000 W motor and two extraction speeds. It is not a slow or cold-press model.
Do I need to cut the fruit first?
Prepare produce as directed in the manual: remove stones, pips and cores, and cut pieces to fit the 2.5-inch feed chute. Always use the supplied pusher, never your fingers.
How long can it run?
Run the juicer for no more than 1 minute continuously, then allow it to cool sufficiently before restarting. It is designed for short-time household operation, not continuous commercial juicing.
Can every fruit or vegetable be juiced?
No. The manual lists produce that is unsuitable, including avocados, figs, eggplants, raisins, elderberries, rhubarb and cranberries. Check its preparation guidance and recipe section before use.
Which parts can go in the dishwasher?
The removable parts are dishwasher safe. Never put the motor base in the dishwasher or immerse it in water. Unplug and cool the unit first, and handle the filter carefully because it has sharp points.
Does it come with a pitcher and recipes?
Yes. A juice pitcher with a removable foam screen is included. The linked instruction manual contains 25 juice recipes.
