Sirena vs Bissell

Across the world, consumers are enjoying the services of Sirena water vacuum cleaners and their accessories. Our passion and dedication for designing and delivering the highest quality products have been and continue to be proven by the many satisfied customers and positive reviews. As you research what kind of vacuum is the right fit for you and your cleaning needs, it may be helpful to compare two leading brands. Let’s take a look at Sirena vs. Bissell.

Sirena Vacuum vs
Bissell Vacuum

When you look at Sirena vs. Bissell, you’ll note that Sirena strictly makes water vacuums. Bissell, on the other hand, has all kinds of makes and models from handheld vacuums to upright vacuums to work with different preferences and needs. Sirena water vacuum cleaners are canister vacuums that have several different attachments available to enhance your cleaning experience. The combination of the water vacuum and attachments guarantee that you are able to clean everything that all the Bissell models can, plus more.

This leads right into the next point of using a Sirena vacuum on a hard floor. Between Sirena vs. Bissell, the Sirena is equipped with specially designed floor brushes that are solely used to maximize cleaning performance on all types of hard surfaces. This includes, but is not limited to hardwood, tile, linoleum, and many more. The floor brushes and dusting brushes are made with real horsehair to not scratch surfaces. The Sirena water vacuum works wonders on carpets and soft surfaces like upholstery or drapes as well. The extension wand and hose attachments allow you to reach every nook and corner of your home.

Although the Sirena system is a water vacuum, carpets and other surfaces do not get wet when using this vacuum. The water remains in the basin and actually functions as the main filtration system. Any dirt or dust particles suctioned up by the Sirena vacuum will be trapped in the water and prevented from escaping back into the atmosphere.

Another piece of important information if you are looking at Sirena vs. Bissell side by side, is that since the Sirena vacuum cleaner uses water instead of bags or a compartment to catch the unwanted particles, it is much easier to empty and doesn’t create a mess. All you have to do is change the water when it looks dirty and give the basin a rinse when you are finished.

A Sirena vacuum cleaner can do more than just clean. It can also work as an aromatizer and deodorizer. Sirena offers a variety of fragrances that can be added to the water basin. The Ocean Breeze Deodorizer not only gives off a nice aroma, but also acts as an antibacterial and antifungal agent to make your air healthier.

The HEPA Filter

In addition, as you look at Sirena vs. Bissell, you may notice that both brands have vacuums that utilize a HEPA filter. This stands for High-Efficiency Particulate Absorption. These filters are constructed to collect and contain dirt and dust particles down to .03 microns. However, for Sirena water vacuums, the HEPA filter is simply a back-up. The water basin traps 99.99% of pollen, allergens, dust mites and pet dander. It is the ideal vacuum cleaner for pet owners and people who suffer from allergies or asthma.

A Versatile Vacuum

Another feature of the Sirena is that it can vacuum up to three liters of liquid. Consumers must keep an eye on the MAX line of the water basin. When the water level reaches that mark, it is time to empty it. You never want to pick up any flammable liquids with the Sirena vacuum cleaner. Safety is first and foremost.

What Our Customers Say

Sirena is the new era in home cleaning equipment. I am very excited and impressed to have this as part of my collection. I have used it every day since I got it. No one will ever be sorry they invested in one!

- Tom Gasko, St. James, Missouri

I love my vacuum. I never realized how much dog hair was being left in my carpets. I have 2 German shepherds. They shed 365 days per year. I have gone through many vacuums over the years. I thought my vacuum I had now was getting the job done. Boy was I wrong. Thank you for the best vacuum on the market with a great price.

- Annette Shannon, Jefferson City, Tennessee

I have been in the market researching different products and other brand vacuums. I decided I would give Sirena a try. The product arrived quickly within 1 week of purchase. The vacuum itself came with all the parts and attachments needed. The directions were easy to follow and the vacuum was up and running within 10 minutes. I have never had a vacuum with such great suction. The amount of hair, dirt, and pollen the vacuum extracts from carpet and hardwood is amazing. For allergy sufferers this product is worth every penny!

- Emily Romano, Yardley, Pennsylvania

This vacuum so far has been one of the best I’ve ever had in my life and I can already tell a difference in the air quality of my home. The air purifiers have also been terrific and I’m very happy with my purchases. I was wanting a Rainbow but after discovering the Sirena I’m super happy with the decision I’ve made.

- Clayton Haslett, Effingham, Illinois

Definitely a 5-star vacuum! My wife's family has had a Rainbow vacuum for years, and it works great...BUT, the Sirena vacuum is definitely its equal if not better! Great suction power and a VERY clean house! I would recommend it to anyone! (and I already have!) Keep up the great products!

Oh My Sirena!

I’ve never used a canister vacuum so that is taking a little getting used to. It’s kind of funny; my husband pointed out I don’t call it the vacuum or a sweeper. I call it “my Sirena”. It works great, I was surprised how much pet hair it picked up my first use. The deodorizer and essential oils I will definitely order more of when these run out. My old vacuum seems like a toy in comparison of how much more effective my Sirena is. It’s only been a couple of weeks but as of right now I am very happy with this purchase. Will write another review in December when I’ve had it a while. The extra hose and attachments I haven’t really figured out a good way to store it for accessibility and convenience. Any suggestions?

Best vacuum I've encountered in 16 years

Sixteen years ago I bought an Ocean Blue water filtered vacuum. It was by far the best vacuum I had ever owned, but it's wearing out now and they quit making them. I just got a new Sirena and it has all the features of the Ocean Blue plus a few improvements. If you know anything about water filtration vacs, I don't need to tell you how good they are. This one is the best I've encountered in a long time.
