What You May Not Know About The Benefits of a Water Vacuum

The best water vacuum is the one that’s going to clean your home the most thoroughly, and efficiently. Plus, it’s the one with the least amount of effort on your end. Traditional bag vacuums are not as effective at removing dirt and dust because they can clog up with debris. These clogs will cause them to kick more dirt back into the air. In fact, it means you’ll need to spend more time cleaning. Water vacuums solve this problem by using water as their main filtration method, so they never lose suction. So, read more about the water vacuum benefits.

How Does a Water Vacuum Work?

A water vacuum works by using suction power to draw up air, debris, and unwanted particles through a hose and into a basin. This basin is filled with water that traps everything so they cannot be released back into the environment. The Sirena water vacuum also has a HEPA filter as a backup to make sure no unwanted particle is getting out. This water vacuum system is highly efficient and removes most of the airborne irritants and allergens.

The best part about using a water vacuum is that you don’t have to worry about clogs or dust flying back up into the air. The suction power of the vacuum in combination with the cleaning power of water ensures that your surfaces will be clean when you finish. Plus, since this type of vacuum doesn’t use any bags, there’s little need for upkeep or expensive replacements over time.

Why Choose a Water Vacuum?

The best part about a water vacuum is that it works just as well for hardwood floors or carpets. You can even use it on soft surfaces in your home such as couch cushions and mattresses. Choosing the best vacuum cleaner is tough when there are so many options out there on the market. There are traditional bag models, cordless models, upright models, handheld models, etc. The list goes on. Before you decide on which type of vacuum cleaner to buy, take a look at the water vacuum benefits included with the best water vacuum cleaner.

The benefits of buying a water vacuum cleaner vs. a traditional vacuum cleaner are numerous. First, a water vacuum cleaner works best with the natural cleaning power of water and does not need expensive and messy bag replacements over time. Second, if you have allergies or asthma, traditional vacuums kick dust and dirt back up into the air because all of this material is collected inside a bag that needs to be changed periodically. Third, water vacuums are able to clean up both dry messes and wet spills. Traditional vacuum cleaners cannot pick up any liquids, which means water vacuums are more versatile.

Oh My Sirena!

I’ve never used a canister vacuum so that is taking a little getting used to. It’s kind of funny; my husband pointed out I don’t call it the vacuum or a sweeper. I call it “my Sirena”. It works great, I was surprised how much pet hair it picked up my first use. The deodorizer and essential oils I will definitely order more of when these run out. My old vacuum seems like a toy in comparison of how much more effective my Sirena is. It’s only been a couple of weeks but as of right now I am very happy with this purchase. Will write another review in December when I’ve had it a while. The extra hose and attachments I haven’t really figured out a good way to store it for accessibility and convenience. Any suggestions?

Best vacuum I've encountered in 16 years

Sixteen years ago I bought an Ocean Blue water filtered vacuum. It was by far the best vacuum I had ever owned, but it's wearing out now and they quit making them. I just got a new Sirena and it has all the features of the Ocean Blue plus a few improvements. If you know anything about water filtration vacs, I don't need to tell you how good they are. This one is the best I've encountered in a long time.
