6 Benefits of Owning a Water Vacuum Cleaner

Water filtration vacuum cleaner is a new and improved vacuum system offering state-of-the-art technology. In fact, these vacuums have created a shockwave through the cleaning community. On top of that, they keep consistently earning 5-star reviews and certifications from a myriad of organizations. So, water vacuum cleaners did what other vacuums failed to do – revolutionize the filtration system.

1. Reduction of Allergens

The Sirena water filtration vacuum cleaner is an incredibly efficient vacuum cleaner known for its efficiency in reducing the symptoms of allergies. The European Centre for Allergy Research Foundation (ECARF), Go Green, and The Carpet and Rug Institute, among others, have all certified and recommended the water filtration vacuum as a result.

As the air is passed through the water basin, the water catches and holds onto allergens that are in the air. In fact, this is 99.99% effective, eliminating allergens from getting back into the air.

2. No Compromise on Suction

Traditional vacuum cleaners rely on filters and bags to trap dust and dirt. Air filters, in theory, should catch the dirt and dust, only allowing purified air to flow through. However, bags and filters clog over time which reduces the vacuum’s cleaning performance and degrades the exhausted air quality. As water never clogs, water filtration vacuum cleaners never lose their suction.

3. Ability to Pick Up Liquids

Normal vacuum cleaners are unable to pick up liquids as the liquids mess up the filters in the vacuum. Liquids are easily absorbed by water, allowing a water vacuum to have no problem cleaning and picking up liquid messes with ease.

4. Less Cleaning

In the same way that other vacuum cleaners fail to fully capture pollen and other allergens launching them back into the air, they often allow dirt, dust, and other contaminants to get out as well. This means that every time something is sucked into the vacuum, some of that dust and dirt do not get adequately filtered. And, it ends up being released back into the air you breathe. Water is more efficient and capturing dust and other contaminants than bags or filters which means the exhausted air is cleaner, and so is your home.

5. Dust Mite Removal

Dust mites are small, pesky creatures that feed off of dust. This can mainly happen in and around a bed where humans often shed skin that dust mites eat. While quite difficult to get to normally, water filtration vacuums have no problems taking care of dust mites. You may be thinking that any vacuum cleaner can remove dust mites. But what sets the Sirena vacuum apart is that it can kill dust mites in the basin when you add the Ocean Breeze deodorizer to the water.

6. Ability to Aromatize, Deodorize, and Sanitize The Air

Water vacuums can also aromatize, deodorize, and sanitize the air while vacuuming. Fragrances and deodorizers with antibacterial and antifungal properties can be added to the water of the water vac, allowing for the air that is pumped out of the vacuum to be a cleaner, healthier option for those who desire an aromatized environment.

Oh My Sirena!

I’ve never used a canister vacuum so that is taking a little getting used to. It’s kind of funny; my husband pointed out I don’t call it the vacuum or a sweeper. I call it “my Sirena”. It works great, I was surprised how much pet hair it picked up my first use. The deodorizer and essential oils I will definitely order more of when these run out. My old vacuum seems like a toy in comparison of how much more effective my Sirena is. It’s only been a couple of weeks but as of right now I am very happy with this purchase. Will write another review in December when I’ve had it a while. The extra hose and attachments I haven’t really figured out a good way to store it for accessibility and convenience. Any suggestions?

Best vacuum I've encountered in 16 years

Sixteen years ago I bought an Ocean Blue water filtered vacuum. It was by far the best vacuum I had ever owned, but it's wearing out now and they quit making them. I just got a new Sirena and it has all the features of the Ocean Blue plus a few improvements. If you know anything about water filtration vacs, I don't need to tell you how good they are. This one is the best I've encountered in a long time.
