Why The Right Vacuum Accessories are Important For Cleaning Pet Hair

Finding the right vacuum for pet hair doesn’t stop when you buy your new vacuum. It is very possible that your pet hair problem could require much more support than just the standard vacuum package. Some parts may come complete with your item, while other accessories need to be purchased separately. Whatever the case, make sure to do your research. And, be sure that you have everything you need for any situation. This blog will break down why the right vacuum accessories are important for cleaning pet hair.

Pet Hair Has A Mind Of Its Own

No matter how much you brush or walk your pet, there is no stopping them from shedding hair all over your house. If you don’t mind the hair, it’s not a huge deal until you have to walk outside and notice you’re tracking hair around the car, office, and grocery store. But if you or anyone in your home suffers from allergies, it can be a matter of health that impacts every second spent in your home. Pet hair has a way of nestling into every nook and cranny of your home. And, the right attachment is the only way to reach those messes.

Pets Leave Wet And Dry Messes

Some vacuums come with attachments that are specialized for wet and dry messes. Sadly, conventional vacuum cleaners are only able to be used for dry messes. With a water vacuum, you can handle both wet and dry messes. That could be anything from dirt and pet hair to bathroom accidents and spilled messes. The more tools you have at your disposal, the more prepared you will be for any mess that may come. Don’t let a special occasion or gathering be ruined because there is loose pet hair on your furniture in areas that you can’t reach or remove.

Pets Mean Your Air Supply Requires Frequent Purification

Asthma and allergy sufferers do not have the luxury of ignoring pet hair as it builds up around your home. If you or your loved ones don’t directly suffer from the pet hair in the air, it’s only a matter of time before the abundance of loose hair becomes unbearable for a special guest. In addition to allergies, pet hair can ruin your presentation at work, school, or in social settings. Everyone loves their pets, but no one wants to carry around your dog’s hair because they sat next to you in the car or on your couch for a few minutes.

Oh My Sirena!

I’ve never used a canister vacuum so that is taking a little getting used to. It’s kind of funny; my husband pointed out I don’t call it the vacuum or a sweeper. I call it “my Sirena”. It works great, I was surprised how much pet hair it picked up my first use. The deodorizer and essential oils I will definitely order more of when these run out. My old vacuum seems like a toy in comparison of how much more effective my Sirena is. It’s only been a couple of weeks but as of right now I am very happy with this purchase. Will write another review in December when I’ve had it a while. The extra hose and attachments I haven’t really figured out a good way to store it for accessibility and convenience. Any suggestions?

Best vacuum I've encountered in 16 years

Sixteen years ago I bought an Ocean Blue water filtered vacuum. It was by far the best vacuum I had ever owned, but it's wearing out now and they quit making them. I just got a new Sirena and it has all the features of the Ocean Blue plus a few improvements. If you know anything about water filtration vacs, I don't need to tell you how good they are. This one is the best I've encountered in a long time.
