Vacuum Cleaner Attachments

Vacuum Cleaner Attachments are Perfect for Pet Hair Cleaning

If you are serious about pet hair cleaning, you know that you need additional attachments to do the best cleaning job possible. Pet hair is notorious for getting into tough to reach places and attaching to fibers on your carpets and furniture.

Upgrade your pet hair cleaning routine by adding all of the tools needed to reach every inch of your home. This blog will list and describe the essential attachments you will need to start cleaning up after your pets like a pro.

Vacuum Cleaner Attachments

Power Nozzle

The first attachment that you will need for pet hair cleaning is the low profile power nozzle with adjustable height. It can reach hair deeply embedded in all carpet types.

Stop settling for a surface level cleaning that leaves the deep fibers of your carpet and furniture contaminated with hair and other debris. Allergy and asthma sufferers who visit your home will be grateful for the extra work your power nozzle does. That is because they will finally be able to breathe freely.

Wet/Dry Hose

A wet/dry hose that can pick up liquids and can also catch additional pet hair during deep cleanings will change your life if you are constantly cleaning up after pets.

Hair can combine with liquids, dust, and other contaminants to create gunk that requires more than just air suction to remove. Use the power of water to filter out these tough stains and save yourself the extra time scrubbing and mopping that would be required without today’s incredible technology.

Dusting Brush

A dusting brush is essential for pet hair cleaning. That is mainly because it can be used to lift hard to release hairs from fabrics. Once the hair and debris is lifted from your carpet or furniture, a quality vacuum will quickly suck it up. Of course, this will make the air in your home easier to breathe for everyone who enters.

Floor Brush

Using a floor brush for hardwood, ceramic, tile, and walls is a genius life hack for pet hair cleaning. These surfaces are easy to inspect for pet hair and aren’t hard to reach. But, it is still quite the chore to constantly sweep or vacuum over these surfaces without catching most debris the first time. A floor brush will grab and pull in pesky pet hair that would otherwise blow across the floor and throughout your home if you used a regular vacuum.

Upholstery Brush

Cleaning pet hair off of sofas, chairs, mattresses requires a vacuum extension that can gently comb through delicate surfaces that still require deep cleaning. Don’t harm your softest fabrics with chemicals that will do permanent damage. Find a vacuum with a well-designed upholstery brush that can clean without causing irreversible wear and tear.

Crevice Tool

A well-designed crevice tool that can reach pet hair in hard-to-reach and tight spots is crucial for your vacuum. Pet hair can float just about anywhere. And, most vacuums are far too large to chase them under and around every corner in your home. With a crevice tool, you can pinpoint corners and deep problem areas that most standard vacuum heads could never reach.

W o r k s ! River of AIR

had a rex-air rainbow several years (decades), it's in trash now...can see how this design is an upgrade of sorts (by far) for water vacuuming / just remind all to keep it clean yourself after each use and clean the bottom and tank out.....

Sirene Vacuum Review

It seems to be a good vacuum cleaner very similar to our old Rainbow, but for considerbly less money.

This is my second one

I bought one years ago and loved it. After about 10 years the buttons stopped working but mind you my kids were pretty rough with it. But decided to get a robot vacuum for my next one and was so upset. It was terrible. So now went back to this one. Will never bug another vacuume again. In the 10 years I had my old one it always vacuumed as the same as the day I got it. It never lost suction.

Fantastic- worth the cost

Works great- best vacuum I’ve ever had. Really helps with the allergies especially when cleaning. Doesn’t kick up the dust like most vacuums.
