Top Reasons to Invest in the Best Air Purifier for Your Home

Patrick Nehme

Did you know that an air purifier can dramatically improve the quality of the air you breathe daily? If not, it’s time to start paying attention. There are numerous benefits to having an air purifier, all contributing to better health and well-being. A good indoor air purifier will remove microscopic particles and contaminants, which can cause bad smells and allergies, from the air. They can also help prevent other health issues like asthma, itchy eyes, and fatigue.

1. Air Purifiers Help Prevent Illnesses

Airborne illnesses can wreak havoc on your health, and research shows that an air purifier can help to prevent them. By keeping the air around you clean, you reduce your risk of catching a cold, the flu, and other ailments. Unclean air weakens your immune system, which needs to run at optimal strength to fight off illnesses as best as it can.

As an added precaution, you should also keep your surfaces deep cleaned and maintained with a water vacuum like those from Sirena. This will keep the same harmful particles from moving from surfaces into the air and adds an extra layer of protection against illness. A water vacuum differs from other vacuums because the unwanted contaminants like germs and bacteria get trapped in the water filtration system and are not released back into the air.

2. You Shouldn’t Be Breathing In Dirty Air

It sounds simple, but most people take for granted the quality of air they breathe daily. There are no benefits to breathing in unclean air, and dismissing it could result in long-term health problems.

An air purifier for home can help clean your indoor air, so you don’t have to worry about what’s going into your lungs. This is especially important if there are smokers in the house, environmental factors, or pets that shed a lot of hair and dander.

3. Cleaner Air Means Fewer Allergies

If you or anyone in your household suffers from allergies, an air purifier and a water vacuum are must-have appliances. They will help to get rid of allergens and other irritants in the air, which will help to improve your quality of life. You’ll be able to breathe easier and won’t have to worry about taking medication every day.

4. Cleaner Air Means Fewer Odors

Pets can be wonderful additions to a home, but they also come with their own set of smells. An air purifier can help eliminate these and other unpleasant odors with precision. It can be left on to work in the background and will not disturb your routine. Smelly odors can also come from cooking, smoke, and other activities. They’re so common that we often just deal with them and get used to them. Thanks to indoor air purifiers, you don’t have to learn to ignore bad odors.

5. Your Health Is Worth The Investment

According to the EPA, “indoor air pollution can be two to five times higher than outdoor levels.” This is due to various factors such as chemicals in building materials and furniture, cleaners and air fresheners, and smoking. So, investing in a Sirena Twister indoor air purifier or a Sirena water vacuum is a no-brainer from a cost/value perspective.

Your health is important, and taking care of yourself is always worth the investment. Browse our product line today for your cleanest, healthiest home ever.

Why Do You Need to Buy an Air Purifier?

Have you found yourself asking, “do I need to buy an air purifier?” Do you feel like the air in your home or office is stale and unclean? Do you have a problem with allergens, pet dander, or other microscopic particles in your home? Are there environmental factors that could be affecting the air quality around your home? If the answer to any of these questions is affirmative, the question “do I need to buy an air purifier for home?” becomes much simpler: “YES.”

Clean indoor air can do wonders for respiratory health and the overall quality of life. Air pollution has been linked to many illnesses, including asthma, bronchitis, and allergies. An air purifier, like the Sirena Twister, will be able to eliminate any unwanted allergens and other irritants from the air, so you don’t have to worry about breathing dangerous particles that might affect your health.

You can add fragrance to the sirena twister to aromatize and deodorize the air.

What Can an Air Purifier Do?

An air purifier can do a lot to improve the air quality in your home or office. Not only do they remove microscopic particles from the air, but they also help reduce odors and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). Many indoor air purifiers have filters that will trap larger particles like pet dander, dust mites, and pollen as well. In our opinion, the best air purifiers are those that use a water filter. They’re easy to clean and do a better job of removing harmful particles and keeping them trapped so they aren’t released back into the air.

Air purifiers work by sucking in dirty air from a room and running it through a series of filters. The filters can be made of activated carbon, which helps to remove gases and odors. They can also be made from high-tech water filters and HEPA filters. They can capture 99.97% of all particles larger than 0.03 microns, or a combination of both. Some purifiers use ozone generators to kill bacteria as well.

Oh My Sirena!

I’ve never used a canister vacuum so that is taking a little getting used to. It’s kind of funny; my husband pointed out I don’t call it the vacuum or a sweeper. I call it “my Sirena”. It works great, I was surprised how much pet hair it picked up my first use. The deodorizer and essential oils I will definitely order more of when these run out. My old vacuum seems like a toy in comparison of how much more effective my Sirena is. It’s only been a couple of weeks but as of right now I am very happy with this purchase. Will write another review in December when I’ve had it a while. The extra hose and attachments I haven’t really figured out a good way to store it for accessibility and convenience. Any suggestions?

Best vacuum I've encountered in 16 years

Sixteen years ago I bought an Ocean Blue water filtered vacuum. It was by far the best vacuum I had ever owned, but it's wearing out now and they quit making them. I just got a new Sirena and it has all the features of the Ocean Blue plus a few improvements. If you know anything about water filtration vacs, I don't need to tell you how good they are. This one is the best I've encountered in a long time.
