Top 5 Reasons to Invest in an Air Purifier

Did you know that an air purifier for the home can dramatically improve the quality of the air you breathe on a daily basis? If not, it is time to start paying attention. There are many benefits to having an air purifier for the home and all of them contribute to better health and well-being. A good indoor air purifier will remove microscopic particles and contaminants, which can cause bad smells and allergies, from the air. They can also help prevent other health issues like asthma, itchy eyes, and fatigue.

Here Are 5 Reasons Why You Should Invest In An Air Purifier:

Air Purifiers Help Prevent Illnesses

Airborne illnesses can wreak havoc on your health, and research shows that an air purifier can help to prevent them. By keeping the air around you clean, you reduce your risk of coming down with a cold or the flu, and a variety of other ailments. Unclean air hurts your immune system, which needs to run at optimal strength to fight off illnesses as best as it can.

As an added precaution, you should also keep your surfaces deep cleaned and maintained with a water vacuum like those from Sirena. This will keep the same harmful particles from moving from surfaces into the air and adds an extra layer of protection against illness. A water vacuum also differs from other vacuums because the unwanted contaminants like germs and bacteria get trapped in the water filtration system and are not released back into the air.

You Shouldn’t Be Breathing In Dirty Air

It sounds pretty simple, but most people take for granted the quality of air that they breathe in on a daily basis. There are no benefits to breathing in unclean air and dismissing it could result in long-term health problems.

An air purifier for the home can help clean your indoor air so you don’t have to worry about what’s going into your lungs. This is especially important if there are smokers in the house, environmental factors, or pets that shed a lot of hair and dander.

Cleaner Air Means Fewer Allergies

If you or anyone in your household suffers from allergies, an air purifier for the home and a water vacuum are must-have appliances. They will help to get rid of allergens and other irritants in the air, which will help to improve your quality of life. You’ll be able to breathe easier and won’t have to worry about taking medication every day.

Cleaner Air Means Fewer Odors

Pets can be wonderful additions to a home, but they also come with their own set of smells. An air purifier can help eliminate these and other unpleasant odors with precision. It can be left on to work in the background and will not disturb your routine. Smelly odors can also come from cooking, smoke, and other activities. They’re so common that we often just deal with them and get used to them. Thanks to indoor air purifiers, you don’t have to learn to ignore bad odors.

Your Health Is Worth The Investment

According to the EPA, “indoor air pollution can be two to five times higher than outdoor levels.” This is due to a variety of factors such as chemicals in building materials and furniture, cleaners and air fresheners, and smoking. So, investing in a Sirena Twister indoor air purifier for the home, or a Sirena water vacuum, is a no-brainer from a cost/value perspective.

Oh My Sirena!

I’ve never used a canister vacuum so that is taking a little getting used to. It’s kind of funny; my husband pointed out I don’t call it the vacuum or a sweeper. I call it “my Sirena”. It works great, I was surprised how much pet hair it picked up my first use. The deodorizer and essential oils I will definitely order more of when these run out. My old vacuum seems like a toy in comparison of how much more effective my Sirena is. It’s only been a couple of weeks but as of right now I am very happy with this purchase. Will write another review in December when I’ve had it a while. The extra hose and attachments I haven’t really figured out a good way to store it for accessibility and convenience. Any suggestions?

Best vacuum I've encountered in 16 years

Sixteen years ago I bought an Ocean Blue water filtered vacuum. It was by far the best vacuum I had ever owned, but it's wearing out now and they quit making them. I just got a new Sirena and it has all the features of the Ocean Blue plus a few improvements. If you know anything about water filtration vacs, I don't need to tell you how good they are. This one is the best I've encountered in a long time.
