My vacuum is wonderful to use. Love the water system,,had rainbow for 30 years. Same type system. Our air feels so fresh.the water was disgusting.

34 years ago, I fell in love with water technology vacuum cleaning and purchased my first Rainbow. Recently my second Rainbow, of 18 years, stopped working and I was forced to make a decision to replace it or repair it. Thankfully, I discovered the Sirena Vacuum Cleaning System and was able to replace it for less than the repair cost. I'M LOVING MY SIRENA! Impressive suction, quieter than most vacuums, easy to assemble, use and disassemble for cleaning, easy to clean and looks pretty! I am particularly impressed with the easy maneuvering of the large and heavier carpet attachment. Most are hard to maneuver and this one glides on any thickness of carpet almost like on ice! This majes my job sooooo much easier and actually enjoyable AND the job. Is done in record time! Twice I needed to call customer service with a few basic questions and the service and telephone etiquette were friendly, professional and knowledgeable, nor did I wait on hold.
