Sirena Vacuum Cleaner

Sirena Vacuum uses water instead of bags or filters to catch dust and dirt. You can learn more about the amazing technology on our How It Works page. Using the Sirena is just as easy as any other canister vacuum cleaner.

No. The water always stays inside the basin and simply acts as a filter to catch dust and dirt.

Yes! The Sirena comes with a specially designed floor brush that maximizes cleaning performance on all types of hard surfaces including hardwood, tile, linoleum, and more.

The Sirena has a large capacity (3.5 L) water basin which is enough to clean most homes without having to change the water. As a general rule, we recommend replacing the water every 1,000 sq. ft.

In most cases, it’s safe to flush the dirty water in the toilet. You may also dump it outside in your backyard. Another option is to drain the liquid out and throw the remaining solid debris in the garbage.

HEPA stands for High Efficiency Particulate Absorption. These filters are designed to trap particles down to .03 microns. In the Sirena Vacuum it will trap material that is not water soluble. As a result this also extends our filter life. We recommend washing the HEPA filter once every 3-4 months and replacing it every 12-18 months. HEPA filters are especially beneficial for those suffering various breathing disorders.

Rinse the water basin with water after each use and allow to air dry. Always store the main unit detached from the water basin. This will prevent any potential mold build-up issues in the long run.

Yes, your Sirena can vacuum up to 3 liters of liquid. Watch for the MAX line of the water basin. Once the water level hits that mark – it’s time to empty it. NEVER pick up any flammable liquids with your Sirena!

These should NOT be picked up with your Sirena as they are not absorbed by water.

Add a few drops of your favorite Sirena fragrance into the water basin before you start vacuuming to aromatize the air. Add a few drops of Ocean Breeze deodorizer to remove unwanted odors.

Any authorized Sirena dealer can service your system. Check our Dealer Locator to find the closest authorized dealer to you. Can’t find any? Contact us and we’ll guide you through the process!

Sirena is guaranteed for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. This guarantee is for manufacturer defects and does not include regular wear items (belts, brushes etc.). You can find more information on our Shipping and Warranty page.

Sirena Elite Set

No. Hand wash your knives in warm soapy water and dry them right away.

Wood cutting boards are best. Plastic, glass, granite, marble and stone will either dull the knife blade more quickly than necessary or will damage the edge of your blade.

We recommend sharpening your knives at least once every 6 months.

We recommend sharpening your knives at least once every 6 months.

Hold the steel vertically, pointed down on a stable surface (such as a cutting board). Place the widest part of the blade – closest to the knife handle – on the steel at a 20-degree angle. Using a sweeping motion with light pressure, sweep one side of the blade across the steel at a 20-degree angle. Repeat 5 to 6 times. Turn the knife blade over and repeat the above instructions on the other side of the knife. Always use caution when sharpening a knife!

Sirena Elite Set knives have a 5-Year warranty.

Sirena Rapid Pot

The Sirena Rapid Pot is capable of replacing your traditional pressure cooker, slow cooker, steamer, sauté pan, rice cooker and food warmer.

For pressure cooking, follow a trusted recipe, or use the minimum liquid requirements and maximum fill lines as indicated on the inner pot.

For non-pressure cooking, the minimum liquid requirements do not apply.

Minimum:

The recommended minimum amount of liquid for pressure cooking in your 6 Quart inner pot is 1 ½ cups (12 oz). If a recipe specifies a certain amount, always follow the recipe.

Note: These liquids should be water-based, including stock, broth, juice, cooking sauces, as well as wine and beer. Oils and oil-based sauces do not have enough water content to account for the required liquid volume. Add suitable liquid to thin condensed cream-based soups and thick sauces.

Maximum:

When pressure cooking, do not fill the inner pot higher than the MAX — 2/3 line as indicated on the inner pot.

When cooking foods that expand (e.g. rice, beans, pasta) do not fill the inner pot higher than the — 1/2 line as indicated on the inner pot.

Overfilling the inner pot may risk clogging the steam release and developing excess pressure. This may cause leakage, personal injuries, or damage to the cooker.

The inner pot is made from stainless steel and is dishwasher safe.

Yes! You can adjust the time and temperature even after the Sirena Rapid Pot has started cooking.

Once the settings have been confirmed and the ON button has been pressed the display will show a rotating circle. When the cooker reaches the target temperature or pressure, it beeps and switches to the timer to count down the cooking time.

Before opening the lid, make sure the float valve has dropped.

Do not attempt to open the lid if the float valve is still up.

Do not attempt to open the lid if it is locked and cannot be easily opened.

Do not force the lid open at any time.

If you cannot tell if the float valve has dropped, first turn the steam release handle to the venting position. If no steam releases, use a long utensil to nudge the float valve down.

Note: When opening the lid, the inner pot may adhere to the lid. This is caused by vacuum due to cooling. To release the vacuum, move the stream release handle to the venting position.

Ingredients that are high in sugar content may trigger the burn warning.

We recommend caution when cooking food such as applesauce, cranberries, pearl barley, oatmeal or other cereals, split peas, noodles, macaroni, rhubarb or spaghetti, as they tend to foam, froth or spatter and can cause clogging. When preparing these foods, do not fill the inner pot higher than the — 1/2 line as indicated on the inner pot and followed a trusted recipe.

Note: Regular cleaning of the lid and its parts (e.g., steam release handle, and float valve) is important for proper function and to ensure the cooker’s longevity.

Yes! Sirena Rapid Pot does not produce any harmful off-gassing, and is safe for use in households with birds or any other pets.

Sirena Rapid Pot has a 1-Year warranty.

Sirena Prestige Espresso Machine

1. Make sure the water reservoir is full and properly fitted into its position.
2. The grounds should not be over-packed into the filter.
3. Make sure the filter holder fits properly into the holding ring.
4. You may need to clean the filter basket and the brew head.

1. Make sure you use fresh, cold milk. Skim milk works best for frothing.
2. Use a stainless-steel frothing pitcher and ensure that it is cool before using.
3. Make sure the water reservoir is full.
4. Try moving the frothing pitcher slightly up and down while frothing.
5. The frothing tube needs to be cleaned after every use. First, fill the frothing pitcher with water, and run the steaming feature for twenty seconds. If steaming tube is blocked, use a toothpick to unblock it. Then, steam the water for another 30 seconds.

You may have tamped coffee grounds too firmly. If problem persists, try cleaning the appliance.

1. Make sure the filter holder fits properly into the holding ring.
2. Try tightening the filter handle a little more.
3. Make sure that the edge of the filter cup is clean from the espresso grounds before you insert it into the brew head. Also ensure that brew head is clean.

Check if the drip tray is full. The tray collects water that should be discarded after each use.

Make sure the water reservoir is full and properly fitted into its position.

If your espresso maker is not making espresso, below are some causes:
1. No water in reservoir
2. Coffee grinds too fine
3. Too much coffee in the filter
4. Appliance not plugged in
5. Coffee grinds have been tamped/compressed too much
6. Unit may need to be cleaned
If the above troubleshooting does not work, please contact us.

Sirena Supreme Juicer

Check and make sure the safety switch is snapped into place.
Reassemble the machine to make sure every part is locked well.
Please call customer service or send a message to us through contact us page on our website if you were unable to resolve the problem.

The pulp container may be full. Clean the pulp container to remove excess pulp.

All Removable parts such as the food pusher, transparent cover, juicer blade, juice container and pulp container, can be rinsed in water and are dishwasher safe (avoid using extremely high heat on your dishwasher washing circle).
The only part that cannot be rinsed in water is the drive unit which houses the motor, only wipe with damp cloth.

The feed chute is 2.5 inches wide in diameter and can take a whole apple or several carrots.
When juicing carrots, always be mindful of over stuffing the chute; use the food pusher when juicing carrots for best juicing experience.

It depends on the type of fruit. Citrus fruit must be peeled first; with all other types of fruit, it is not necessary. Also, only large pits found in certain fruits like peaches must be removed first.

In order to achieve optimum juicing, you should thaw your vegetables and fruits prior to juicing. Thawed vegetables and fruits produce the most juice.

YES. Always allow the motor to cool during juicing. The main thing to do to optimize juicing is to ensure that the basket area and pulp bin are cleaned often, because this is what slows the juicer down and causes the motor to heat up.

Acids in various foods will cause discoloration, this is normal.
Hint: Add about 1/2 cup bleach to dish water and allow external parts to soak. This will remove most stains.

YES. For best results, roll up or bunch up these greens and insert in your Sirena Supreme Juicer; you can then add any juicy fruits such as pineapple as needed.

Very Good Machine

Been using an upright for years that has HEPA filters. The filters have to be cleaned regularly and dust still seeps through and escapes back into the air. Wife has very sensitive nose and would leave the room
when I was vacuuming. The Sirena doesn’t allow any dust to escape and my wife is much happier now. The Sirena does require more storage space and set up time to get started vacuuming but works very well for cleaning.

Happy customer

My old Rainbow vac died on me after 30 + years of service. I was searching for something similar and found the Sirena. It was delievered very quickly after ordering on line. It was just what I wanted, similar to my old friend but better In Several ways. The price compared to another brand was great and the pick up is far better. I’m a happy customer.

I love it so far!

I've only had my Sirena for a month, but I was tired of dealing with lesser quality stick vacuums breaking down every year. I'm so glad I decided to splurge on the cost and get this. My carpet is brighter and the room smells fresh and clean when I'm finished.
